The Kuznya — это творческая мастерская, изготавливающая модели исключительно под индивидуальный заказ.
Вы оплачиваете не «товар», а материалы и выполненные работы, включая:

  • подготовку модели к 3D-печати (редактирование, масштабирование, нарезка);

  • 3D-печать из фотополимерной смолы;

  • постобработку (снятие поддержек, шлифовку, склейку, установку магнитов и т.д.);

  • грунтовку и ручную покраску акриловыми красками;

  • покрытие лаком;

  • упаковку для сохранности при доставке.

Мы не являемся официальным дистрибьютором или представителем какой-либо торговой марки.
Все работы создаются по индивидуальному заказу и предназначены для коллекционирования и арт-проектов.


Оплата

  • Оплата осуществляется полностью заранее (наложенный платёж недоступен).

  • Возможна разделённая оплата:

    • 50% при оформлении заказа (начало производства).

    • 50% после готовности фигурки — перед отправкой.

  • Доступные способы:

    • Банковская карта Visa / Mastercard

    • Apple Pay / Google Pay

    • PayPal (для международных клиентов)

    • Банковский перевод

    • Оплата частями через Monobank и ПриватБанк

Доставка по Украине

  • Отправляем через Новую почту (отделение или курьер).

  • Другие перевозчики — по желанию.

  • Срок: 1–3 рабочих дня после изготовления.

We ship collectible figures worldwide in protective wooden boxes designed specifically for safe international delivery.

Since every figure has different dimensions and weight, international shipping is calculated separately after the figure is completed and fully packed.

The final shipping cost depends on:

  • box size
  • volumetric weight
  • destination country
  • shipping carrier

Before shipping, we:

✔ send you the final shipping payment separately

Every large figure is shipped in:

  • reinforced packaging
  • protective foam layers
  • bubble wrap
  • custom wooden box for maximum safety

This greatly reduces the risk of damage during international shipping.

Important

All figures are handmade and produced individually to order.
Shipping is paid separately before dispatch after the final package dimensions are confirmed.
