Ми не продаємо готові фігурки, іграшки чи офіційні товари.
The Kuznya — це творча майстерня, яка виготовляє моделі виключно на індивідуальне замовлення.
Ви оплачуєте не “продукт”, а матеріали та виконану роботу, яка включає:

  • підготовку моделі до 3D-друку (редагування, масштабування, розбиття на частини);

  • 3D-друк із фотополімерної смоли;

  • постобробку (зняття підтримок, шліфування, склеювання, встановлення магнітів тощо);

  • ґрунтування та ручний розпис акриловими фарбами;

  • нанесення лакового покриття;

  • пакування для збереження цілісності під час доставки.

Ми не є офіційним дистриб’ютором чи представником жодної торгової марки.
Усі моделі створюються на замовлення клієнтів з метою колекціонування або арт-відтворення.

Оплата

  • Оплата здійснюється повністю наперед (післяплата недоступна).

  • Для зручності можлива розділена оплата:

    • 50% під час оформлення замовлення (старт виробництва (окрім індивідуальних фігурок)).

    • 50% після готовності фігурки — перед відправкою.

  • Доступні варіанти:

    • Банківська картка Visa / Mastercard

    • Apple Pay / Google Pay

    • PayPal (для міжнародних клієнтів)

    • Прямий банківський переказ

    • Оплата частинами від Monobank та ПриватБанк

Доставка по Україні

  • Відправка Новою поштою (відділення або кур’єр).

  • Інші перевізники — за бажанням.

  • Термін: 1–3 робочих дні після виготовлення.

We ship collectible figures worldwide in protective wooden boxes designed specifically for safe international delivery.

Since every figure has different dimensions and weight, international shipping is calculated separately after the figure is completed and fully packed.

The final shipping cost depends on:

  • box size
  • volumetric weight
  • destination country
  • shipping carrier

Before shipping, we:

This greatly reduces the risk of damage during international shipping.

All figures are handmade and produced individually to order.
Shipping is paid separately before dispatch after the final package dimensions are confirmed.
